Classmate Jim DeWitt

Jim DeWitt Goes On Honor Flight May 29-30-2019

The Kansas Honor Flight is an all-volunteer organization that works to honor Kansas veterans of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War by providing them with an ALL-EXPENSE PAID, THREE-DAY JOURNEY of honor and remembrance to visit their memorials in Washington, D.C.

Congratulations Jim for your participation in the up-coming Honor Flight #71 leaving Wichita at 6AM on May 29, and returning from Washington D.C. at noon on the 31st.  Your classmates are very proud that you will be representing our class and Kansas for your military service during the Vietnam War!

IIf any of you would like to write a letter to Jim for recognition and appreciation it will be a special treat for Jim.  Attached you will find a PROJECT MAIL CALL which explains this project and it's purpose in detail.  It also gives you an example of a letter for a veteran that a non-family member can write.  Jim's address:

504 North Main Street

Benton, KS  67017
